Random thoughts:

1. It's hot outside.
2. Is it odd that I grew up in a farming community and I JUST finally figured out that there was a difference between hay and straw?
3. If I am counting correctly - Between July 26th and September 6th - I will be on 13 different airplanes, maybe 14. That's a lot.
4. Four of those flights have fresh baked chocolate chip cookies instead of the pathetic tiny bags of pretzels.
5. I'm going to be in Bolivia in 3 weeks.
6. I'm so tired of studying, I'm so happy I'm graduating in about 7 weeks.
7. Except then I still have to study for boards for another 3-4 weeks or so.
8. A guy I grew up with, Eric, was in town this weekend and he had his 18 month-old son at church today and he looks like a little mini-Eric.
9. Air conditioning is a good thing.
10. High-speed internet is amazing after dealing with dial-up for awhile.
11. The one thing I don't like about MN - all the bugs.
12. I have another couple potential jobs - both for St. Mary's/Duluth Clinic - One in Ashland, WI and the other in Virginia, MN... I send them reference contacts - 2 of them have to return the reference form before they will interview me. I hope that happens before I go to Bolivia.
13. I love sleeping.
14. My friend Matt, he's in the National Guard and he organized a 9-year-old kid named Lentrit from Kosovo to come to the US to have surgery because he was born with one leg 6 inches longer than the other. A hospital in Louisiana is doing the surgery and therapy and all for free. His dad is there with him. His surgery is tomorrow - so pray that it all goes well! :)
15. It's finally supposed to cool down a little - yay! It's been so hot lately...
16. Some days I feel like an adult... Some days I don't... It's weird.
17. I'm looking at buying a new digital SLR camera... Deciding if I want to spend money on it. I want the camera. I want it before I go to Bolivia. But they're expensive. But I'm watching them on E-bay. If I knew I had a job shortly after graduation it wouldn't be a hard decision... But because I don't know when I'll get money - it's a harder decision.
18. Animals shed a lot.
19. I like diet coke with Splenda. It's my favorite.
20. I also like Cheddar sesame sticks from Bread & Honey Pantry in Mora.
21. Soon, I'm going home to read myself to sleep.
