There was an unattended fire on Wood Street in a backyard fire pit. An officer put the fire out using his extinguisher.
I bet he was super excited to use his fire extinguisher, probably the most fun thing he's done all week!

A man was caught stealing copper wire and pipes on Hwy 65. Police also found meth in his possession as well as a note making reference to the manufacture of meth. The note also contained many names and phone numbers.
"Are you a crazy meth addict? Circle yes or no."

A purple mountain bike was found in a 4th Street yard. The bike was taken to the Police Department.
Congrats - one person in this town RETURNS things instead of stealing them...

A drunk driver was arrested after speeding down Clark St. The driver, a 20-year old male, was cited for Driving After Suspension, DWI, Expired Tabs as well as No Proof of Insurance.
Aren't you missing one of the most obvious ones here? Underage consumption maybe? Oh yeah... people kinda forget that law around here pretty often...

A 20" silver diamond back Nitrus bike was stolen from a McLean Street yard.
Whoever took this... please return it... it was the poor kid's birthday present...

There was a fight reported outside a Union Street tavern. All parties involved were gone when police arrived.
Since when do we have taverns in Mora? I thought they were called bars.

A portable CD player and a Rascal Flatt's CD were stolen from a vehicle parked on Hersey Ave. The vehicle was unlocked.
See mom, THAT's why I lock my doors... yes, even in Mora.

A dryer started a small fire at Mora High School. The fire set off the sprinkler system causing minor water damage. No one was injured.
Maybe this is a sign the school needs some new appliances...
