Ok, so after this process of looking and looking some more I finally picked a house AND they accepted my offer. So, now I have to get an inspection and apprasail and all that jazz which is complicated by the fact that someone stole the power line from the pole to the house... Anyway... this house in in Isanti, just outside of town, on 4 acres. Brick, wood floors... really fun. The windows and shingles are pretty new. It was built approximately 1900... but when we were there yesterday there's a little board hanging from the peak of the roof that we believe says 1882... so it may be 100 years older than I am.
